What is a Gas Practitioner?

A “Gas Practitioner” means a person who is registered as competent within the scope of work for which SAQCC Gas, has registered that person. SAQCC Gas is an approved authority under  mandate of the Chief Inspector of the Department of Labour. “Gas Practitioner” covers the following disciplines:

Practitioners working in one or more of the areas listed below on the domestic, commercial or industrial level could qualify to be registered as an authorised gas practitioner

Our Gas Practitioner license can now be viewed on the Electronic CoC App as a digital card. On the front of the card is the practitioner’s identity photograph, Personal details and the Department of labour logo. The reverse of the card includes a list of qualifications with the SAQCC Gas logo (watermarked both back and front).
